(To get a Booth,  whether you are product, food or information vendor you MUST Sign in at the very Bottom)

 


 

TIME:  June 10th, 2023 (9am-2pm)
VENUE:  Guntersville Senior Center on 1503 Sunset Drive in Guntersville, AL.
THEME:  All things that Help People, Pets & Planet Live Longer & Happier!
WHO RECEIVES DONATIONS this year: "Second Chance Shelter" and "God's Feral Felines".
$25 PRICE PER 10X10 BOOTH SPACE (for sellers only, information sharers are FREE. Basically, if you sell something for your profit then you pay $25. All proceeds are for the cause so we apprecaite it)
BOOTHS AVAILABLE: 32 covered and 40 plus uncovered spots. (first come first serve and sorry no reserving a special spot)
VENDOR SET-UP TIME:  7am till 9am

DO WE PROVIDE TABLES ETC?  No, only the space and you will need a tent if you want to stay out of the sun.  There are no trees for shade.
ARE PETS ALLOWED:  Yes, on a leash ONLY!
ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE only if it's a neccessity.

We want Local Businesses that may have never set up a booth at a festival to feel WELCOME to come and represent themselves or business as the "place to go to" in the community... 

We want our locals to be the Vendors at the HaPPyFest to help them out with good exposure!

We want to see why you do what you do and what you share...YOUR Passion is what we want to see! 
 
We can only be truly Happy when we are doing our PASSION.

WE INVITE ALL UNIQUE AND CREATIVE VENDORS WITH COOL ITEMS TO SELL OR SHARE.
 
We want to help promote all the New & Positive things right here around us!  ...unique businesses  ....crafts   ....hobbies  ....it's wide open!

We are a 501(c)(3) not for profit event...All money raised will go to help Second Chance Shelter and God's Feral Felines which we are excited about because it helps our local "NO KILL" rescue shelters right in our back yard.
  
Please invite other businesses and friends to be a Vendor as well!  

The HaPPyFest will be announced and talked about on Social media but PLEASE share on the LiveLonger HaPPyFest FB page what you will have at your booth.  Also, send Matthew & Kis vids, info and cool stuff to post about your groovy products to happfestinfo@gmail.com Thx so much!

No Political advertising of any kind allowed.
NO SMOKING allowed anywhere except in the PARKING LOTS (City Ordinance and will be enforced)



* Vendor’s booth must not interfere with adjacent exhibits or aisles in any way.

Unprofessional conduct not allowed, including but not limited to profanity, drugs, alcohol or inappropriate dress. Please do
not wear any loud/heavy perfume/lotion/body spray - most people are now allergic to this. No weapons of any types allowed.
No alcohol or tobacco products of any kind will be sold. No obscene items, music, or lyrics. No amplified sound allowed.



We have the right to refuse any vendor or product that is in conflict with this event.
Failure to obey the above Rules and Regulations will affect your future participation in the LiveLonger HaPPyFest. :-(
 


*All Applicants will need to "Subscribe to list" at the very bottom to be considered a Vendor for the LiveLonger HaPPyFest! 
(by clicking "Subscribe to list" you are signing and agree to all terms and conditions).

*Vendor understands ALL Rules & Procedures & assumes the entire responsibility & liability for losses, damages, & claims arising out of injury to
persons or damage to premises of the Guntersville Senior Center, City of Guntersville and/or LiveLonger HaPPyFest & agrees to indemnity defend & hold harmless the Guntersville Senior Center, LiveLonger HaPPyFest and/or any members or officers/volunteers thereof, the City of Guntersville and/or the Guntersville City Recreation Board.

*Vendor must have his/her own insurance for liability,
exhibitor must pay for any damages to the premises or park that he/she/group causes, liable for any claims/suits held against them by the customer, & agrees
to abide by the rules/ procedure stated within.  Any left-over product or supplies left on the premises after the show will be donated to charity or
thrown away.

Quick List of to dos:

  1. Read entire application and GO TO BOTTOM and SIGN IN
  2. Add Matthew & Kristina's phone # to your phone so you'll know if we call  (256-269-1850 and 256-347-1942 both go to Matthew's cell phone. Texting is easiest if possible)
  3. Add our email address ( Happyfestinfo@gmail.com ) to your address/contact list or send us a test email so it won't put our emails in your SPAM folder. (Also check your SPAM folder after this)
  4. Mark your Calendar on Saturday June 10th for the LiveLonger HaPPyFest!
  5. Call or Text if you have any questions not answered here.
  6. Send us your $25 (or pay day of) $50 for food vendors.
  7. If you want more than one booth then you must CALL MATTHEW!  Limited booths available and are not guaranteed.  You can bring your own tent or tents for more space.
  8. Come on June 10th and HAVE AN AWESOME TiME !!!  :-)
